PropertyWay is a digital property listing platform that allows users to post, browse, and search property advertisements. PropertyWay does not act as a real estate agent, broker, dealer, or mediator. We only provide a technical platform to connect property owners and property seekers.
All property listings are submitted by users. PropertyWay does not verify ownership, legality, authenticity, or availability of any property. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information they provide.
Users are strongly advised to conduct independent verification, including physical inspection and legal due diligence, before engaging in any transaction.
Property listings are currently offered free of charge for a limited duration (generally 30 days). After expiry, listings may be removed or require renewal. PropertyWay reserves the right to modify listing duration, renewal policies, or pricing in the future without prior notice.
PropertyWay may remove any listing or suspend user accounts without notice if violations are detected.
Contact details of property owners are visible only to registered users. This restriction is implemented to protect user privacy and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of personal information.
PropertyWay reserves absolute discretion to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing, advertisement, or user account at any time, with or without providing reasons.
PropertyWay may introduce paid advertisements, featured listings, or premium services in the future. Participation in paid services will be optional and clearly communicated.
Violation of these rules may result in permanent suspension.
All website content, including logos, design, text, software, and data, is the intellectual property of PropertyWay. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
PropertyWay provides the platform “as-is” and makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PropertyWay does not guarantee that any property listing is genuine, accurate, available, or free of errors.
PropertyWay provides no guarantee of sale, rent, response, or successful transaction. All dealings are conducted directly between property owners and seekers.
PropertyWay shall not be liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, or transaction arising between users. Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
If you suspect any scam, fraud, fake listing, or suspicious activity, you should stop communication immediately and report it to PropertyWay through the Contact page. PropertyWay may review and remove listings at its discretion.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyWay, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.
PropertyWay may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
